Director Loyalty Marketing - 1 FT

About the role

This position aims to elevate the customer experience through member acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth by developing and managing the strategic loyalty marketing plan for SIGA Players Club operations. The loyalty strategy encompasses the seven casino properties, as well as online gaming and sports betting, and serves to optimize net income and return on investment through the development and execution of loyalty initiatives.

Develop and manage the SIGA-wide Players Club loyalty strategy, including budget, key performance indicators, objectives, and marketing campaigns. Develop and manage the loyalty communication and advertising strategy, including frequency, messaging, design, placement, and brand management. Develop and manage loyalty policies, procedures, operational efficiencies, system optimization, internal audit and compliance review. In regards to member data, ensure the highest quality for collection, storage, and confidentiality while adhering to best practices and privacy legislation. Continuously research, develop and enhance loyalty data analysis for business intelligence. Utilize findings to enhance decision-making, develop loyalty segmentation and monitor reinvestment strategies. Regularly report on loyalty KPI's and budget variance to the VP of Marketing & Digital Strategy and SIGA Senior Management. Develop and give loyalty presentations to various staff within the organization. Represent the loyalty business unit during various, large-scale organizational projects. Identify and manage project interdependencies including multiple, highly complex and strategic IT and business driven, cross-functional projects. Identify loyalty-training needs for the organization and work collaboratively with Human Resources and third-party stakeholders to develop materials accordingly. Provide effective leadership and management of direct reports, as well as collaborative relationship building with casino and central office staff, SIGA leadership, agencies, and third-party stakeholders. On behalf of the organization, respond to highly sensitive and complex inquiries related to loyalty or the collection of member information. Participating in other projects and activities as required, to develop and enhance SIGA's loyalty strategy and objectives.

Bachelor of Commerce Degree or Bachelor of Administration Degree with specialty in Marketing Minimum 5 years' related management experience with a wide range of marketing skills and functions. Prior casino marketing and rewards club experience would be an asset.

  • At least 19 years of age
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor Gaming Authority / Indigenous Gaming Regulators
  • You must be legally entitled to work in Canada
