Nature of work completed in the job:

• Orchestrates program execution collaborating with top vehicle manufacturers, ensuring full alignment and meeting expectations.
• Manages cross-functional teams to deliver multiple related projects on schedule, focusing on quality and following company strategy.
• Facilitates effective communication between stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and maintain strong relationships with the manufacturers and other different players in the industry.

• Contributes to expand and accelerate Keyloop product and strategy vision; from OEM certifications to full journey ecosystems.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• • Leads complex programs ensuring alignment of program goals with global manufacturers expectations and company vision.
  • Manages multiple cross-functional program team members to effectively plan and execute program initiatives, managing resources efficiently.
  • Promotes open communication and collaboration among team members and other internal or external stakeholders.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks throughout the program lifecycle to minimize potential impacts.
  • Tracks progress against established timelines and priorities, making adjustments when necessary.
  • Spots and facilitates problem-solving and decision-making processes to address challenges promptly.
  • Proposes continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program outcomes and efficiency.
  • Provides regular updates and reports on program status to senior management and stakeholders.

Knowledge and Experience

• • Project Management: Strong expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, or Waterfall. Proven experience leading complex programs and applying main principles such us scope alignment, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Technical: Familiarity with IT systems and processes, SaaS environments and cloud computing concepts
  • Automotive Industry: High level understanding of the automotive industry, including trends and best practices. Knowledge of OEM sales and aftersales journeys.
  • Supervision / Leadership: Individual contributor role while engaging with extensive number of stakeholders like P&E, sales and others. Strong alignment with the OEM brand director is required and key for the success of the programs.
  • Skill in leading cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and team work.
  • Ability to set clear expectations, motivating the team members as needed.
  • Capacity to align program goals with company strategy, promoting it internally.
  • Capability to identify, manage and resolve conflicts within the program.

Skills and Abilities

• • Ability to identify potential risks and stablish risk mitigation controls.
  • Skill to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions under uncertainty scenarios.
  • Capacity to anticipate to potential challenges, evaluating alternatives and proactively addressing them before they escalate.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver program status, updates, and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facility to build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and other key stakeholders.

  • Nice to have:
  • Automotive or SAAS background, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and French.

• • Nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de programme stratégique pour piloter des programmes d’envergure en collaboration avec les plus grands constructeurs automobiles. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination de projets complexes, la gestion d’équipes transversales et l’alignement des objectifs entre Keyloop et nos partenaires.
  • Piloter des programmes stratégiques en assurant l’alignement des objectifs avec la vision de l’entreprise et les attentes des constructeurs automobiles.
  • Gérer plusieurs équipes interfonctionnelles pour planifier, exécuter et livrer les projets dans les délais et avec la qualité attendue.
  • Favoriser une communication transparente et une collaboration efficace entre les équipes internes et les parties prenantes externes.
  • Identifier les risques et mettre en place des stratégies d’atténuation tout au long du cycle de vie du programme.
  • Assurer le suivi de l’avancement, des priorités et des échéanciers, et proposer des ajustements au besoin.
  • Faciliter la résolution de problèmes et soutenir la prise de décision pour garantir la réussite des initiatives.
  • Présenter des rapports d’avancement réguliers à la direction et aux partenaires stratégiques.
  • Promouvoir une culture d’amélioration continue afin d’optimiser les résultats et l’efficacité opérationnelle.

Votre profil

• • Expérience et connaissances
  • Solide expérience en gestion de projets complexes (méthodologies Agile, Waterfall ou équivalentes).
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements SaaS et des concepts liés au cloud computing.
  • Connaissance approfondie du secteur automobile, des tendances et des meilleures pratiques, notamment des parcours de vente et d’après-vente OEM.
  • Expérience dans la collaboration avec des constructeurs automobiles ou grands comptes stratégiques.
