Your New Role
As Senior Manager, Marketing & Leasing, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives across a dynamic portfolio while managing a collaborative team of marketing and leasing professionals. Your role involves providing crucial leadership for new construction lease-up activities, brand development, and revenue optimization strategies.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day marketing operations, you will work closely with development teams to execute lease-up strategies for multiple new construction projects coming online through 2027. Your responsibilities include implementing innovative leasing approaches that maintain a competitive positioning while navigating current market challenges, including increased "gray market" inventory.
Your key responsibilities include developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing social media initiatives and agency relationships, analyzing competitive market data to optimize rent pricing, and ensuring seamless integration of leasing technologies. You will also craft strategic responses to evolving market conditions while maintaining the organization's commitment to sustainable business practices.
What Sets You Apart
You should have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in real estate marketing or property management, with a strong preference for candidates with new construction lease-up experience in competitive Ontario markets.
Your expertise extends to digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, market analysis, and residential tenancy legislation. Proficiency with CMS platforms, leasing software, and Adobe Creative Suite will set you apart from other candidates.
A key aspect of your role is your ability to lead and inspire a marketing team while collaborating effectively across departments. Your results-oriented approach is complemented by strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies. Your adaptability will be crucial as you navigate an evolving rental market landscape and help implement innovative leasing approaches.
