Position: Business Analyst (Enterprise Systems)

Pay Range: $40 – $65 CAD per hour

Travel: No travel required

As part of our Training & Career Enablement Program, candidates will gain practical exposure to real-world projects while building the skills required to succeed as a Business Analyst in the Canadian market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and operational needs.
• Translate business objectives into functional specifications and system requirements.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
• Support enterprise system implementations and enhancements by collaborating with technical teams.
• Develop analysis deliverables such as:
• Business and functional requirement specifications
• Workflow diagrams and operational models
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Assist in testing phases including UAT and post-deployment validation.
• Support data reviews, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements.
• Help create user documentation, training content, and adoption materials.
• Participate in change initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Track system updates and suggest optimizations that enhance business performance.
