What you will do as a Loan Document Specialist:

  • Provide administrative support, from our Central Loan Approval Office (CLAO) to the Easy Financial branch network.
  • Manages/action requests for title search on property.
  • Manages/action requests for property value confirmation.
  • Prepares and sends applicable Secured Loan Documents for signing along with relevant document to branches.
  • Escalate any documentation issues to the Loan Processor and/or Manager for review.
  • Adhere to policy/procedures to ensure AML and Quality Assurance requirements are met.
  • Meet and maintain service levels as defined internally and work with vendors to ensure outsourced service levels are maintained or exceeded.
  • Assist the Central Loan Approval Office in identifying training or process opportunities.
  • Gather critical customer (branch) feedback to help transform and streamline processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts from 8:00am to 9.00pm and Saturdays on a rotational basis.

  • A willingness to learn.

  • Past or current experience with the following platforms would be beneficial: Salesforce

  • Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, as candidates will be dealing with the retail network.

  • Intermediate level MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
