We are hiring a Product Manager focused on Agentic Content Automation & Distribution. Your mission is to help us remove sellers as bottlenecks by delivering agentic capabilities that author, adapt, and distribute content automatically—ensuring the right story, in the right format, reaches the right buyer at the right moment.
You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data architecture to build autonomous agents that simplify how revenue teams create proposals, adapt messaging, and share collateral, reducing manual effort while increasing conversion and speed-to-close.
What You’ll Do

- Define the roadmap for agentic content authoring and distribution, aligned to Mediafly’s strategy of eliminating seller friction in the buying journey.
- Ship agentic experiences such content discovery, personalized collateral, adaptive presentations, and automated distribution workflows.
- Optimize buyer engagement: Ensure every output is measurable, trackable, and designed to improve conversion, retention, and time-to-value.
- Validate ROI: Partner with customers to identify where content automation can reduce cycle time and increase win rates, building clear business cases.
- Ensure trust & compliance: Deliver automation that respects enterprise content governance, branding, and data security requirements.
- Scale successful patterns: Take MVPs from pilots to enterprise-grade products, ensuring adoption across large sales organizations.
What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years in product management with proven success shipping products from ideation through launch.
- Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled authoring or automation products (e.g., generative AI, summarization, content recommendation, workflow automation).
- Strong understanding of content management and distribution in B2B sales (enablement platforms, CMS, or marketing tech experience a plus).
- Ability to connect technical capabilities (LLMs, orchestration, personalization) to tangible buyer and seller outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of defining and tracking product KPIs.
- Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, and GTM teams.
