Résumé du poste Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Associé(e) de ventes à temps partiel à notre Boutique de Laval. L’individu occupant ce rôle sera responsable d’agir en tant qu’ambassadeur de la marque Nespresso tout en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et en atteignant les objectifs de vente.
Un jour dans la vie d’un(e) associé(e) de ventes
- Assister, avec enthousiasme, à des séances d’information quotidiennes afin de comprendre les principaux objectifs;
- Participer à un coaching avec les chefs d’équipe et saisir les opportunités afin d’atteindre les objectifs de vente;
- Offrir la meilleure expérience client en maitrisant la connaissance des différents produits et en démontrant de l’enthousiasme pour la marque;
- Créer une expérience de marque positive pour toutes les parties prenantes;
- Promouvoir la mission de développement durable de Nespresso en éduquant les clients et les visiteurs de la boutique.
Ce qui vous permettra de réussir dans le poste
- La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est indispensable pour ce poste, car il nécessite des interactions quotidiennes avec une clientèle bilingue.
- Être passionné par le café et le développement durable
- Avoir 1-2 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail à haut volume
- Démontrer de l’aisance et des excellentes habiletés en ventes et service à la clientèle
- Démontrer une gestion efficace du temps et compétences interpersonnelles

Position Summary We are looking for a Part Time Sales Associate at our Laval boutique. This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and achieving sales targets.
A day in the life
- Enthusiastically engaging in daily briefings in order to understand key objectives and meet deliverables;
- Engaging in coaching sessions with team leaders and actively pursuing opportunities to upsell, approach customers, reinforce our brand message, and meet both individual and store goals.
- Delivering the best customer experience by levering product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand;
- Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders;
- Promoting Nespresso’s sustainability mission by educating customers and prospects.
What Will Make You Successful
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires daily interactions with a bilingual clientele.
- Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced retail/selling environment with a high volume of customers.
- Demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service
- Effective time management and interpersonal skills
