At the heart of ANI is the Institute for Coaching Mastery (ICM) — an internationally recognized and accredited 1 year coach certification program designed to develop exceptionally qualified, deeply embodied coaches who lead with both emotional intelligence and practical mastery. ICM combines psychology, coaching methodology, nervous system work, leadership development, and transformational communication into a powerful learning experience that has attracted thousands of students from around the world.
About the Role We are looking for a world-class leader to take full ownership of this company's operations and execution. In this role, you are not just a manager — you are the person who makes the company run. You translate Alyssa's vision into clear execution plans, hold the leadership team to a high standard, and drive results across every function of the business.
This is not a role for someone who needs a playbook or constant direction. It is for a high-agency operator who thinks like a founder, moves with urgency, and treats every bottleneck as a problem to solve today.
What You Will Own

Company Goals and Execution Set and drive company priorities across all departments Own the execution calendar and keep initiatives on track Remove bottlenecks, make decisions without waiting for direction, and keep the business moving without founder involvement

Leadership Team Directly manage all department heads, including the Executive Director Run weekly leadership meetings, set the agenda, and hold every leader accountable to their results You are the connective tissue across the leadership team.

Founder Partnership Convert Alyssa's ideas and vision into clear, executable plans Filter decisions and communications to and from the Founder to keep her out of daily operations You make the visionary's thinking real inside the company

Revenue and Growth Own execution across marketing, sales, and product You are 100% accountable for revenue performance and push the company toward its scaling targets You understand funnels, launches, and conversion, and you ensure all revenue-driving teams stay aligned and deliver

Company Performance Own company-wide KPIs and scorecards Lead quarterly and annual planning Ensure every team is focused on the highest-impact work, and make all people decisions across the leadership team, including performance reviews, promotions, and exits
What Is Not Your Job Detailed financial management, system building, and admin or HR processes are owned by the Executive Director. Your job is to lead the business at the highest level, not to operate at the process level.
Your First 90 Days Alyssa is fully removed from daily operations The leadership team runs effectively without Founder input Clear company priorities are executed consistently across all departments 2 to 3 major growth initiatives delivered without Founder involvement
Who You Are You are a fast-moving, high-agency operator who takes ownership without being asked. You are decisive with incomplete information, comfortable being wrong and correcting fast, and you don’t wait for permission to act. You anticipate problems before they surface and you do not get stuck in analysis.
Non-Negotiable Experience Proven multi-year experience as a COO, Integrator, Executive Director, or equivalent inside a founder-led online coaching, certification, or personal development business Experience inside a company doing $3M to $15M per year, ideally having led scaling from 7 to multi-7 or 8 figures Track record of personally managing department heads, not just individual contributors or teams Owned execution across marketing, operations, and product with company-wide accountability for results Operated the company day-to-day without founder involvement Experience in the exact ecosystem is required: 7-figure launches, personal brand-based business, global contractor team, fast pivots, and AI implementation
Leadership Capability Manages and develops leaders, not just teams. Holds people accountable to outcomes and replaces underperformers when needed. Runs performance reviews and enforces KPIs across the leadership team. Understands funnels, launches, and revenue impact well enough to push teams toward the right results.

About Institute for Coaching Mastery
The Institute for Coaching Mastery is an ICF Accredited Certification Program, uniquely designed to support students in deeply and profoundly changing their lives, so they can more confidently support their clients in doing the same.
We aim to be the gold standard and up-level the coaching industry. The Coaching Mastery Method is based on a comprehensive, 3-part methodology that students move through over the course of one year. We lay the groundwork by focusing first on personal transformation and then move into teaching the tools and framework for masterful coaching, and lastly, concentrate on strategies to scale a successful business.
Our integrative approach is trauma-informed and teaches transformation through five levels of change - somatic, emotional, mental, behavioral, and unconscious. We know the best coaches lead by doing their own work first.
The Institute for Coaching Mastery is offered through Alyssa Nobriga International, an online professional development and educational brand. Alyssa combined her two master degrees, one in Clinical Somatic Psychotherapy and one in Spiritual Psychology, as well as her business strategies running a multi seven-figure coaching business, to create an exceptional curriculum.
