Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Administration Support will perform general administrative duties including mail and shipping management, records management, maintaining inventory, distributing office supplies and promotional materials, as well as assisting with the administration of fleet vehicles. This position also provides back-up for the Senior Administration Clerk and may provide administrative support to other divisions as required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Office Administration certificate or diploma and related experience or an equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.
- Experience performing clerical/administrative support duties including data entry, tracking and distribution of documents, and file maintenance.
- Experience with records management systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive) in a cloud-based environment.
- Ability to operate mailroom equipment including postage meter, inserter, folder, and risograph.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence, access to a vehicle and the ability to travel within the Province of Manitoba.
SALARY: $41,363 to $48,001 per annum
