Elementary School is an Early Learning to Grade 5 school. Our 30 staff provide
service to 210 students from the Town of Taber and surrounding area.
Temporary 1.0 FTE Grade
One Teacher
Assignment includes- Grade One Teacher
Dr. Hamman Elementary School is hiring a 1.0
FTE Temporary Grade One Teacher for the 2026-27 School Year. Previous teaching
experience in a primary setting, a strong early literacy and numeracy
background with familiarity of UFLI, Fountas and Pinnell Leveled Literacy
Intervention and Haggerty will be considered asset.
This temporary position will commence and
conclude with the 2026-2027 school year.

Horizon spans a geographic area of approximately 30,970 square kilometers, from Bulyea in the south, Wakaw in the north, Foam Lake in the east, and Viscount in the west. The division is divided into 14 Subdivisions for purposes of representation on the Board of Education.
