You will
- Answer and respond to incoming Homeowner Care phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and document call volume and reasons for each inquiry
- Log all initial service requests and create cases in the Homeowner Care software for follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of all homeowner interactions within the Homeowner Care system
- Confirm receipt of service requests with homeowners and communicate expected follow-up timelines
- Escalate urgent or emergency issues to the Homeowner Care Manager for immediate attention
- Scan and upload completed addendums into the Homeowner Care app for tracking and documentation
- Coordinate with the Homeowner Care Manager to schedule upcoming orientations, ensuring sufficient time between completion and orientation
- Manage filing and documentation for all Homeowner Care-related activities
You have
- 1-2 years’ work experience in a Homeowner service role
- Knowledge of technical terminology related to Real Estate or Construction is preferred
- Fluent in other languages an asset
- Previous experience with CRM is an asset
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range
Hourly: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience. We are hiring two (2) positions through this posting.
