The successful applicant will have experience in the repair and manufacturing of natural gas compressor components. Our hours of work are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime work is required. The wage range is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. The starting wage offered will depend upon your experience.
Your Duties
This position involves mainly bench work in a manual machine shop setting. Your time will be spent fitting, repairing and manufacturing compressor components for the natural gas industry. As well, you will be introduced to and learn the repair of turbocharger components.
Your Qualifications
Alamo will provide you with full training; however, you must have:
Experience repairing and manufacturing of natural gas compressor components. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. (Asset) Experience with turbocharger components, pumps and industrial engine components. (Asset) Forklift training.
