Your Future Role

CRM & Sales Operations
-
Coordinate and facilitate monthly CRM meetings with Sales Account Managers and senior leadership.
-
Maintain and track projects and business sales opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy of sales pipeline.

Provide timely reports on sales activities to support forecasting and decision-making.

Business Development & Proposal Support
-
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (EPC, OEM, and End-users).
-
Support proposal development and follow-up in addition to completing submissions through relevant platforms.

Coordinate outreach efforts and schedule client meetings for Business Development of cross-functional teams on specific initiatives.
-
Contribute to strategic initiatives, including project capture plans, success stories, and opportunity planning by documenting and pursuing.

O&G Sales Strategy, Presentation & Content Development

Assist in creating clean, visually compelling presentations for internal and executive meetings.
-
Organize supporting visuals, data, and strategic insights aligned with brand standards.

Maintain and update a central library of templates and historical presentations.
-
Prepare and refine slide decks for conferences and events.
-
Strategic Research & Market Intelligence
-
Conduct detailed research on current and prospective clients, including business models, projects, and key decision-makers.

Analyze Oil and Gas industry trends to align internal strategy.
-
Present actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
-
Evaluate and utilize new research tools and platforms (e.g., Project Smart Explorer) for potential business impact.

Event Management & Marketing Support
-
Plan and execute Lunch & Learns, workshops, and client-facing events from start to finish, including coordinating logistics.

Partner with the marketing team to promote events and gather post-event feedback.
-
Represent the company at industry events while managing marketing assets and providing on-site support.

Handle travel arrangements and expense management.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales operations, marketing or event coordination preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Highly tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CRM); familiarity with virtual event platforms, research tools, and collaboration software is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate across departments and engage with external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop visually engaging presentation materials.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and support a variety of projects in a dynamic environment.
