Job Description
Our Staff Housing Coordinator plays an integral role at the hotel in providing employees who reside in Staff Housing a positive and healthy living experience. They are the first person our new employees see when they arrive and the last person they see when they depart. If you enjoy being a part of an amazing team, and providing great customer service to fellow employees, this Staff Housing Coordinator position will be a perfect fit for you.
Job Duties Include:
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service at all times
- Facilitate check in / check out of residents and roommate assignments
- Perform a high volume of data entry including employee information and updating resident files and master lists
- Enter, maintain and follow up on work orders for the staff housing buildings
- Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and channel to the appropriate person for assistance
- Organize and sort employee mail
- Assist residents who have questions, concerns, or need assistance
- Assist in maintaining the standards, procedures and policies of the office
- Safeguard the privacy of employee information by maintaining complete confidentiality
Qualifications
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Able to be active for 8 hours
