Finning is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product and Service Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales and marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across our Electric Power and Marine segments, with a strong focus on delivering innovative power solutions to customers in energy and industrial markets.
About The Role As the Product and Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Finning’s business objectives. You will lead a high-performing team, mentor future leaders, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions for electric power generation and marine applications.
Your scope will include:
Electric Power: Driving sales of power generation systems, maintenance services, and parts solutions for industrial and energy customers. You will work closely with clients to understand operational challenges and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance reliability and efficiency.
Marine: Supporting marine operators with propulsion and auxiliary power systems, service planning, and lifecycle support. You will help customers optimize vessel performance and reduce downtime through proactive product and service strategies.
You will also be instrumental in expanding Finning’s market presence, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across Western Canada.

Job Description: A Day in the Life As the senior customer-facing representative for Electric Power and Marine , you will be the trusted advisor for clients who rely on Finning for critical power and propulsion solutions. Your role is all about building strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their operational needs, and delivering solutions that keep their businesses moving.
You will:
- Drive profitable growth in parts and service for electric power generation systems and marine propulsion equipment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences and team success.
- Solve complex challenges by applying critical thinking and innovative approaches to meet customer demands in dynamic environments.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to shape long-term strategies that position Finning as the partner of choice in Electric Power and Marine.
What You Bring
- Deep knowledge of electric power generation and marine systems, including engines, propulsion, auxiliary power, and lifecycle service requirements.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, business development, or strategic management roles within power systems or marine industries.
- Exceptional presentation and influencing skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and foster collaboration across teams and with external partners.
