About the role

What You’ll Do

Supporting a person 1:1 in their home

Provide personal and clinical care Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines Encourage social participation and independence Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected. This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.

What We’re Looking For

Experience is not essential — we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure

A great listener and communicator Reliable and self-motivated Able to build trusting relationships Comfortable working independently

You’ll Need

UK Driving Licence and ability to drive both automatic and manual cars

Access to your own car would be advantageous Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
