How you’ll make an impact
Play a key role in the effective management of consultant Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring contracts are accurately managed, tracked, and executed across the business. Partner closely with FCC leaders to oversee consultant contracts within their respective areas—including extensions, non-extensions, and terminations—while supporting informed decision-making and operational continuity.
Build strong, trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors, working collaboratively to address and resolve consultant performance issues as they arise. Bring structure and clarity to contract management by maintaining detailed records of all contracts and correspondence, routing agreements for signature, and creating purchase orders for each engagement.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, DocuSign, and SAP to ensure contract processes are efficient, compliant, and well-documented. Apply a strong understanding of the contingent labor market—including vendors, trends, and market rates—along with negotiation skills to support effective vendor partnerships. Above all, you’ll make an impact through exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
##What you’ll do
- Support FCC leaders by ensuring consultant contracts are accurately managed, tracked, and executed throughout their lifecycle
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors while supporting effective contingent workforce operations
- Contribute to the management of consultant and vendor engagements across the organization
- Collaborate closely with FCC leaders to support their contract and vendor management needs
- Partner with external vendors to support smooth engagement management
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and other internal business partners to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
##What you’ll bring to the team
###Required Qualifications:
- Formal training in any of these areas, or a closely related field
- Minimum three years of experience in vendor management, contract administration, procurement, or contingent workforce operations
- Hands-on experience usingDocuSignfor document management and electronic signatures.
- Experience working withSAPin a corporate or operational setting, creating and managing Purchase Orders
- Strong proficiency inServiceNowwithin an operational or enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with procurement and finance collaboration models
- Experience supporting contingent workforce or vendor engagement program
