The Role: Service Centre Analyst
As a Service Centre Analyst at CLBC, you will work as part of a team to operate the daily activities of the CLBC Service Centre and provide front-line information technology support and problem resolution services (tier 1 and escalation to tier 2) in a centralized multi-platform support environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Provides front-line information technology support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution services.
- Identifies, analyzes, and diagnoses specific problems for a variety of technologies and application platforms.
- Records, tracks and communicates incidents, service requests and escalates to management as required (as per incident management process).
- Performs user provisioning and deprovisioning in a variety of CLBC LOB applications, and core government systems.
- Understands and utilizes the principles of ITIL in resolving user issues related to applications and websites as well as hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitors and meets targets as identified in service level agreements including areas such as response time, performance measurements, hours of operation, etc.
- Communicates with user community regarding systems availability outages, procedural changes, change management concerns, technology related updates and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in information technology (IT), computer science or business related discipline plus one year related experience; OR a diploma plus two years related experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies (e.g network, software, CLBC applications and core government systems), development life cycle, and testing methodologies.

Hybrid Work This role will require working onsite during the 6-month probation period. After passing the 6-month probationary period, hybrid schedule will apply.

Term/Status: Regular/Full time 70 hours bi-weekly
Classification/Salary: Info Systems R18 / Starts at $64,123.59 annually plus a 3.3% temporary market adjustment
