YOUR IMPACT

You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, primarily Technology and Sales, to understand business requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day to day will look like this:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with development teams to lead to successful implementation.
  • Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes using Salesforce features.
  • Assist in developing training and providing end-user support for new tools, processes, and systems during and post deployment.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first.

  • Mandatory proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • At least 3-5 years of business analysis experience, ideally with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and operations.
  • Advanced analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Assets: Salesforce configuration experience, Salesforce Business Analyst certification, consulting or digital transformation background.
