About the role
Fix Auto in Lethbridge is seeking a results-driven and experiencedCollision Centre Managerto oversee the daily operations of our busy, state of the art collision center in Lethbridge. In this role, overseeing a team of 40+ people, you will focus on maximizing productivity in the shop; ensuring quality and timely repairs as well as providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive and engaged workplace culture through motivating and developing employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the body shop, including staff supervision, scheduling, workflow, and ensuring all targets are met

Ensure high-quality collision repair and refinishing work is completed on time and within budget.

Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, suppliers, and customers, including resolving issues as they may arise.

Monitor KPIs including cycle time, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Lead, manage and support our employees to hold them accountable to achieving productivity goals, delivery deadlines and customer expectations.

Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, safety and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the collision repair industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing a large team (40+ people)
- Strong knowledge of repair processes, writing estimates and insurance procedures. A proven track record of working with insurance partners is a bonus.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid driver’s license
