Le/La superviseur(e) des opérations joue un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne des activités de l'entreprise. En tant que leader, vous dirigerez et encadrerez vos équipes pour garantir l'efficacité, la productivité et le respect des objectifs d'affaires.

RESPONSABILITÉS :
- Gestion d'équipe et leadership : Diriger et coordonner les équipes opérationnelles, comme les commis d'entrepôt, en vous assurant que les tâches sont accomplies dans les délais et selon les standards de qualité.
- Performance opérationnelle : Mesurer et analyser la performance à l'aide d'indicateurs clés (KPIs) et de rapports pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et optimiser les processus.
- Résolution de problèmes : Gérer les imprévus et résoudre rapidement les problèmes opérationnels pour maintenir le bon fonctionnement des activités.
- Développement des compétences : Assurer la formation continue des membres de l'équipe et les accompagner dans leur développement professionnel.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
- 3 a 5 ans d'expérience en tant que superviseur dans les opérations
- Doit être Bilingue : Français/ Anglais
- Doit être disponible et répondre au téléphone lors des urgences comme pour le système d'alarme.
- Le candidat doit être en mesure de se déplacer au besoin dans plusieurs sites et chez les clients
- Forte capacité à gérer, motiver et encadrer une équipe tout en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif.
- Adaptabilité et flexibilité face aux situations imprévues.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Tous les candidats doivent vivre dans la zone géographique pour être sur place quotidiennement.
