Under general supervision, works with new and existing dealers to ensure they are engaging with Lennox process and procedures, assisting with questions regarding basic Lennox processes, and focusing on development, retention, and expansion of the dealer's participation in Lennox service and activities.
- Places regularly scheduled outbound calls to assigned customers to ensure dealer's increased participation in and satisfaction of Lennox programs and services.
- Works with a broad cross functional team to drive outreach campaigns for the Lennox customer base on current product offerings, future solutions, marketing programs, and ongoing customer satisfaction surveys.
- Assists Territory Managers with New Business activities designed to accelerate new customer sales and conversion to Lennox.
- Provides guidance to new and existing customers to increase understanding of how to do business with Lennox.
- Researches and resolves customer issues to accelerate dealer's onboarding.
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. Requires at least 2 years related experience.
Strong relationship building, listening, persuading and negotiating skills along with organizational and data analytics skills to effectively manage all activities, projects, requests, documentation, timelines, etc. Understand and display proficiency in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to use all Office products proficiently, use CRM tools, and have excellent communication skills as well as be able to adapt quickly to changes in roles and responsibilities.
