Cunningham Swan LLP is looking for a passionate and skilled Real Estate Lawyer to join our office in Kingston, Ontario.

We are currently searching for an Associate Lawyer to join our fast-paced Real Estate Group, working on residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions, secured financing and private mortgages, title transfers and land use planning/subdivision work. While we work on real estate transactions daily, not occasionally, our focus is on quality of service to our diverse clientele. This consistency and commitment to our clients is demonstrated through our reputation amongst businesses, institutions, charities, developers, and residents in the Kingston area and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years’ experience real estate, strong interpersonal, communication and practice management skills, and a desire for continuous learning and growth are also required. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, business acumen and the ability to build positive client relationships. Experience with Conveyancer/Unity and Teraview would be an asset.

Salary Range: $95,000 to $115,000
