About The Team & Business Line Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Responsibilities Your Role:
- Review the subscription agreements of Investor Relations administration staff.
- Follow up with Investors on missing documentation
- Maintain all electronic and physical Investor records
- Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned
- Prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases
- Produce investor statements and correspondence
- Assist with the appropriate handling of Fund Manager and investor calls and emails
- Assist with various projects as assigned
Qualifications About You:
- You have a post-secondary education.
- Ideally have 1-3 years’ experience in Client Services
- Possess excellent MS Office suite skills; strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry and concepts preferred
- Experience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment, is preferred
- Possess exceptional attention to detail
- Strong client service skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, and conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Maintain quality and focus while working through repetitive tasks
- Work independently and understand when to escalate
- Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures
Salary Range: CAD $62,000 - CAD $72,000
