This position supports the execution of the IT Regulatory Strategy for Enbridge Gas Distribution & Storage’s Utilities. The role involves collaboration across regulatory, finance, legal, and other key departments in both US and Canadian jurisdictions. Additionally, the role will support the Technology and Information Services (TIS) Asset Management Plan, Long Range Plan, and financial management, ensuring alignment with the Office of the CIO and the TIS Senior Leaders to prioritize and implement the GDS Utilities rate recovery strategy and TIS Strategy.

What You Will Do:

• Support the TIS Regulatory Strategy for multiple jurisdictions, including Ontario Energy Board, NCUC, PUCO, PSCU, and WYPSC.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the regulatory strategy and support key regulatory applications.
• Manage the capital portfolio, ensuring alignment with the annual budget and long-range planning processes.
• Coordinate monthly business performance reviews and corporate reporting, ensuring insights drive informed decision-making at the highest levels.
• Develop the long-range plans, capital, and operating budgets for TIS GDS Utilities.
• Champion process efficiency and prioritize TIS investments that align with business value and strategic objectives.

Who You Are:

• You have a business degree with a finance-related designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, CFA or similar designation)
• Possess a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive financial management experience with business performance analytics, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Acquired a broad understanding of regulatory environments, financial management strategies, and reporting requirements.
• Highly proficient in leadership areas such as inspiring change and innovation, social skills, oral and written communications, persuasion, and critical thinking.
• Experience with risk management, IT governance, assurance, regulatory and legal requirements, audit protocols, and information management.
• You are capable of thinking strategically and conceptualizing future states with planning and execution experience.
