Vernon Jubilee Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Out-Patient Scheduling Booking Clerk to join their team in Vernon B.C!
This position works Days, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00
Days off: Sun, Sat, STAT

Work hours range from 0 to 37.5 per week, with shifts available on short notice or pre-scheduled to cover leaves. What will you work on? This position performs a variety of clerical duties such as scheduling and booking out-patient appointments, receptionist functions, data entry, filing, typing, requisitioning supplies, and other related clerical duties.
What should your application include?
- A 5-minute typing test (45+ NWPM) from a recognized institution, completed within the past 48 months (non-supervised tests not accepted). Click here for testing details.
- A Medical Terminology Certificate
- Your Resume outlining two year’s recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
- A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position and on-call, casual work (i.e. days of the week).
