Job Description Position: UX Researcher
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join a distributed, multi-disciplinary User Experience team. The successful candidate will work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Development teams to improve the usability and overall experience of the company’s product suites.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain user personas using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Create and administer surveys to gather user attitudes, behaviors, and satisfaction metrics.
- Analyze research data to identify user patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into product roadmaps and design iterations.
- Ensure timely delivery of detailed and clear research outputs.
Required Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in usability testing, persona development, and survey design.
- Proficiency with UX research and analysis tools (e.g., Lyssna, Survey Monkey, Dovetail, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated collaboration with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Development teams to apply research findings effectively.
Educational Background
- Completed post-secondary program in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field (3+ years preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in UX research or related discipline.
