As a Server on our Food & Beverage Front of House Team, you’ll bring energy, adaptability, and outstanding service to every shift—across various dynamic venues, including our Restaurant, Casino Floor, Banquets, and our new Sportsbook.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to all guests in the assigned F&B areas—restaurant, Banquets, Casino, and Sportsbook.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, and service standards across all venues.
- Take and process guest orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Set up, serve, and tear down banquet functions with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Support Sportsbook operations with energy and guest engagement on busy event days.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment across all F&B outlets.
- Handle transactions accurately, following all cash-handling and POS procedures.
- Uphold all health, safety, and liquor service regulations (Serving It Right certification required).

What Experience Do You Need?

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but enthusiasm and a great attitude are most important.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with professionalism and composure.

Strong communication and guest service skills.

Serving It Right certification (required).

Willingness to cross-train and work in multiple venues as part of the overall F&B FOH team.
