Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Public Area Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces within the hotel, ensuring guests enjoy a pristine and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are consistently met. Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with any housekeeping needs. Monitor and replenish supplies in public areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
