About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Own post-sale relationships and revenue health. Ensure seamless handoff from Business Development, maintain and grow accounts through proactive service, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and crisp coordination with Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead onboarding for new accounts handed off by BDM; establish success plans, cadence, and KPIs.
  • Run Quarterly Business Revenues/Monthly Business Revenues; monitor usage, revenue, and satisfaction; drive renewals and expansion.
  • Manage orders, quotes, pricing updates, contracts/Statements of Work, and escalations in partnership with Customer Service/Ops.
  • Surface “wins” and case studies to Marketing for storytelling; provide timely inputs to social/PR.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (pipelines, notes, activities, forecasting); produce territory/account analysis.
  • Coordinate training/education for distributors/end-users; ensure compliant product messaging.
  • Identify risk early (churn signals); execute save plans; maintain high NPS/CSAT.
  • Travel to key accounts, trade events, and onsite reviews as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ yrs B2B account management (medical devices/sustainability preferred).
  • Proven client management across complex accounts; strong negotiation and relationship skills.
  • Proficient MS Office; Salesforce (or similar) experience.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; organized and data-driven.
  • Valid driver’s license; able to travel; eligible for background/security checks.

Compensation:

  • From $75,000 to $85,000 CAD per annum plus compensation plus bonus
