We’re a progressive, well-established Heavy Civil Construction and Mining Services company with a reputation for quality work across Western Canada. Our Haul Truck Drivers play a key role in supporting skilled equipment operators and tradespeople, keeping our projects moving safely and efficiently.
In this position, you’ll be doing more than just driving — you’ll contribute to the overall success of the team by operating haul trucks and assisting with labour tasks when needed.
Location & Schedule

Base Location: Sparwood, BC.
-
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off rotation.
What You’ll Do
-
Operate a CAT rigid frame or articulated haul truck safely and efficiently.
-
Support site operations with manual labour tasks such as shoveling, loading/unloading supplies, light maintenance, and operating powered equipment.

Complete daily 360° equipment inspections for safety and operational readiness.
-
Follow maintenance schedules and promptly report repair needs.
-
Perform and document Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs) daily.
-
Maintain accurate work reports, timecards, and maintenance logs.

Uphold high safety standards for yourself, your crew, and your equipment.

Step out of the cab to help with additional tasks when needed — teamwork is key.
What You Bring
-
1–3+ years operating a CAT rigid frame or articulated haul truck.
-
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence, reliable transportation, and a clean Driver’s Abstract.
-
Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
-
Proven safety-first mindset, with experience completing and following FLHAs.

Comfortable driving in all types of weather to and from worksites.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Stable work history, ideally in an industrial or mining environment.

Effective communication skills and the ability to take direction well.

Willingness to learn and grow through training and mentorship.
