Position: Summer Student – Accounts Payable
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Start/End Date: May 2026 to August 2026
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday
We are looking for a Summer Student to support our Accounts Payable Department.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE Key Responsibilities Include
- Set up invoices and payment requests into the accounting system (Workday)
- Monitor progress and contact suppliers to resolve problems
- Research/resolve exceptions
- Respond to inquiries
- Verify authorized approvals on expenditures
- Ensure all recoverable taxes, GST, QST, HST, FET, and VAT are coded to the recoverable accounts
- Update supplier database
