Under the supervision of the Business Analyst – Administrative Services, the incumbent provides administrative support.
What you will do
-
Receive, open, date, sort, and distribute incoming mail;
-
Answer, screen, and route telephone calls;
-
Sort and file documents according to established filing systems; locate and retrieve documents or files upon request;
-
Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and provide general information in person or by phone;
-
Monitor incoming and outgoing faxes, whether electronic or paper-based;
-
Organize regular mail shipments (calculate postage, prepare and send letters and parcels);
-
Distribute internal mail in accordance with established procedures;
-
Provide administrative support for various ad hoc needs across departments.
This role could be for you if you have
-
Hold a DEP or DEC in secretarial studies or office administration;
-
Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;
-
Be proficient in English, both spoken and written;
-
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
-
Demonstrate a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion;
-
Exhibit politeness, courtesy, and versatility.
