The current person actively contributes to marketing activities by supporting the team in the management, production and distribution of promotional assets. She participates in the organization and updating of the marketing database (CRM), ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information. She also supports the preparation of materials for events and trade shows, while collaborating in the creation, formatting and management of various marketing assets such as presentations, visuals and documents.

In addition, she takes part in updating the company's website to ensure the consistency and relevance of the content. If necessary, she can also make short video montages as part of internal and external campaigns or communications.

As Graphic Design and Marketing Intern, you must be able to

• Design visuals for social media (mainly LinkedIn).
• Search and select images from image banks to support our publications and marketing content.
• Create printed materials: brochures, data sheets, magazine advertisements, roll-ups, etc.
• Participate in the creation and updating of PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop or enhance icons and graphics to illustrate our products, technologies, and capabilities.
• Contribute to the layout of technical documents (case studies, white papers, customer guides).
• Prepare print-ready files (bleed, trim, resolution, etc.).
• Ensure the visual consistency of the brand on all media, digital and printed.

What makes you an asset to our team

• Bachelor's degree - DEC in Marketing, Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Canva.
• Strong skills in creating visuals adapted to a B2B context.
• Good understanding of printing standards (bleed, trim, DPI, etc.)
• Ability to visually represent technical concepts in a simple and clear manner
• (Asset) Knowledge of Slide Masters in PowerPoint.
• (Asset) Basic video editing skills.
• (Asset) Knowledge of WordPress.
• (Asset) Knowledge of creating templates in Word.
