Description The Pittsburgh Paints Company is hiring an Account Development Manager- Residential Repaint . You will be responsible for growing our residential repaint sales in the Markham, ON market.
You will work in a remote environment with regular travel to visit stores and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary focus and accountability to drive profitable sales and grow our residential repaint segment focused on premium paint and coatings products.
- Execute all aspects of the business strategy for the residential repaint segment.
- Manage the current residential repaint business along with generating new business.
- Collaborate and partner with PPC stores, reps, as well as the training and marketing teams to grow the business.
- Manage customer relationships, driving profitable growth and innovation in the residential repaint segment across the region.
- Manage lost customer relationships, gaining back a previous customer base.
- Manage lead generation of residential repaint customers in the market.
- Facilitate product training for customers.
- Champion business ideas, recommendations, and points of view with the customer.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of sales experience, outside sales preferred with a hunter's mentality.
- Bi-lingual, Spanish/French language proficiency is preferred.
- Salesforce CRM software experience is preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after.
- Daily travel within an assigned territory; must have valid driver's license.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 with bonus.
