About the role

- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights within company systems (Active Directory, Office 365, ERP, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain system performance, backups, and security compliance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating to vendors or higher-level support as necessary.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
- Assist in maintaining servers, cloud systems, and network infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, including system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support system integrations, upgrades, and patches.
- Collaborate with IT leadership on cybersecurity practices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in IT projects to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with non-technical users.
- Analytical mindset and proactive problem solver.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Team-oriented with a service-first approach.
