4 Level Coach is dedicated to transforming the home building and remodeling industry through systems, strategy, and technology. We help builders streamline their operations through software implementation, coaching, and business process improvement. Our team thrives in a relaxed, collaborative, and non-corporate environment where growth, innovation, and continuous learning are essential.

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and motivated Administrative Coordinator to support our software integration and coaching team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in construction technology, business operations, project coordination, and client success.

In this role, you will assist with software implementations, support client onboarding, coordinate coaching activities, maintain documentation, and help ensure a smooth experience for our clients throughout their journey with 4 Level Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation team with JobTread, BuilderTrend, and other construction software integrations. Assist in setting up client accounts, workflows, templates, and project structures. Coordinate onboarding schedules, coaching calls, and client meetings. Attend implementation and coaching meetings, documenting action items and follow-up tasks. Help create and maintain training materials, SOPs, guides, and client documentation. Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot common client questions. Monitor project progress and ensure implementation milestones are completed on time. Maintain organized records, client files, and internal project tracking systems. Collaborate with coaches, integrators, and leadership to improve processes and client experiences. Stay informed on software updates and communicate relevant changes to the team.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable learning and working with technology and software platforms. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow. Previous experience in construction, project coordination, customer service, administration, or software support is an asset but not required. Familiarity with JobTread, BuilderTrend, or construction processes is considered a bonus.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong work ethic and accountability. Team player who enjoys helping others succeed. Someone who takes initiative and looks for ways to improve systems and processes. Comfortable working independently while remaining highly collaborative.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. Fully remote position. 3 weeks paid vacation. 5 paid sick days. Your birthday off. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Growth opportunities within the company as your skills and experience expand.
