The IBM Client Innovation Centre Quebec (CIC), at LGS, employs professionals who collaborate on projects within technology practices, offering local and remote services.   • ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT PROGRAM – PROGRAM FOR NEW GRADUATES

**Location:**Montreal (projects in Quebec and across Canada)

**Type:**Full-time

Role Summary

  • Participate in a training and onboarding program designed to develop skills in technology consulting and business process management.
  • Contribute to projects involving enterprise solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle or ServiceNow, depending on the specialization chosen after the initial training.
  • Work with internal and external clients to analyze their needs, propose solutions and support the configuration of technology tools.

The Program in 7 Steps

  • Participate in a 10-day initial training: client communication, problem solving, presentation skills and consulting methodology.
  • Learn and apply best practices related to business processes.
  • Support the configuration and testing of technology solutions (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Collaborate with the project team under the supervision of a coach or manager.
  • Participate in documentation, requirements analysis and client workshops.
  • Obtain relevant certifications based on the chosen specialization.
  • Contribute to projects in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada, depending on needs and preferences.

Candidate Profile

  • Recent graduate in Business Technology Management (BTM) or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
  • Interest in business processes and technical configuration.
  • Enjoys teamwork and client interaction.
  • Minimum: French-speaking. Ideally bilingual (French/English).
  • Openness to mobility within Canada (optional but appreciated).
