About the role
Job Description We are currently searching for a Process Engineer-in-Training for our Calgary office.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team active on water and wastewater projects throughout Alberta. You will be working on water supply, water and wastewater treatment, reservoirs, lift station, and pumping station projects for public and private sector clients. You will participate in studies, process modeling and analysis, assessments, reports, hydraulic analysis, preliminary and detailed design, cost estimating, development of specifications and contract documents, tendering, and construction management. This position has excellent opportunities for mentorship and advancement.
As the ideal candidate, you are an excellent communicator with effective organizational skills and leadership potential, who thrives in a dynamic work environment. Your abilities will be strengthened and grown through a range of projects focused on the delivery, treatment, and management of water in Alberta.

Job Requirements
What you will bring:
- Undergraduate degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited post
secondary educational institution.
- Registered, or eligible for registration, as an Engineer-in-Training with APEGA.
- A technical focus on water or wastewater is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Committed team player and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel within Alberta.
