About the role
We are looking for a forward-thinking Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience who is expert at leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to build high-quality software. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications, utilizing modern cloud infrastructure and high-performance databases. The ideal candidate treats AI tools (like Claude Code and Gemini) as a force multiplier for productivity and code quality.
Responsibilities
-**Full Stack Development:**Build and maintain responsive web applications using React or Angular and backend services using .NET. -**Mobile Development:**Develop and deploy cross-platform mobile features using React Native. -**AI-Enhanced Workflow:**Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, refactor legacy code, and ensure high test coverage. -**Cloud Infrastructure:**Architect and manage containerized services using AWS ECS and AWS Fargate. -**Database Management:**Design, optimize, and maintain complex relational data structures in PostgreSQL using SQL. -**Performance & Scale:**Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance at both the UI and database levels. -**Collaboration:**Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
##Requirements
-**Professional Experience:**Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer. -**Frontend/Mobile:**Expert proficiency in React or Angular; professional experience with React Native. -**Backend:**Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET. -**Database:**High proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, and optimization). -**Cloud & DevOps:**Hands-on experience with AWS ECS and Fargate. -**Modern Tooling:**Deep familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., using LLMs for code generation, debugging, and documentation). -**Testing:**Strong focus on automated testing (Unit, Integration, and E2E) to validate AI-assisted output. -**Version Control:**Proficiency with Git and collaborative branching strategies.
##Preferred Qualifications
-**Real-time Data:**Experience with Apache Kafka or similar message brokers for event-driven architectures. -**Architecture:**Experience transitioning monolithic applications to microservices. -**CI/CD:**Experience setting up automated pipelines for containerized deployments.
