THE ROLE Under the direction of the Director of Strategy and Business Management, Personnel Support Programs, you get to contribute to divisional strategic and business planning initiatives. More specifically, you will provide centralized oversight for divisional business planning and growth execution, ensuring priorities translate into coordinated action across PSP directorates/programs and key stakeholders. You’ll be the go-to integrator for position management- working as the interface between PSP and stakeholders to ensure divisional requirements align with approved resources and commitments. You’ll also manage divisional Service Level Agreements at both the national and local levels. You will develop processes, guidelines, and tools to enhance divisional business planning processes. The Senior Manager, Business Planning will also serve as a hands-on resource to PSP program managers for business planning, and have the opportunity to represent the division on committees and working groups, playing a key role in driving organizational alignment, performance, and results.

Qualifications Needed Education, Certifications and Licenses Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce or a related field AND some years of experience in Accounting, or a related field

Experience In developing, planning, evaluating, and implementing business plan strategies

In providing advice and guidance

In corporate financial reporting

In developing, interpreting, implementing and applying accounting policies, procedures and relevant legislation

In planning and conducting presentations

In project management

In budget administration

Competencies Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

Language Requirements English Essential or French Essential. Bilingual (English and French) an asset

Writing: Functional

Oral: Advanced
