Job Posting Description: This is an onsite role The Operations Analyst, Transportation supports our inbound and outbound transportation operations. You will assist in implementing transportation strategies, analyzes data to guide process improvements, and contributes to the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods. You will help maintain high service levels and optimizing transportation operations to support our supply chain and wholesale operations.

About The Role Transportation Operations Support (40%)
- Help manage daily inbound and outbound transportation operations
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and identify potential issues
- Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Help implement transportation strategies and process improvements
- Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve transportation-related issues
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
Data Analysis and Reporting (25%)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret transportation data from various sources
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize transportation performance
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and process improvements
- Help prepare presentations for senior leadership
Process Improvement and Project Support (20%)
- Participate in continuous improvement programs, including Lean and Six Sigma projects
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and systems
- Help develop and maintain transportation policies and procedures
- Contribute to projects related to supply chain and wholesale operations
- Help identify and implement best practices in transportation operations
Carrier and Vendor Management (15%)
- Help manage relationships with carriers and transportation providers
- Support contract negotiations and service level agreement reviews
- Monitor carrier performance and compile data for performance reviews
- Help maintain up-to-date carrier information and documentation
- Participate in carrier selection processes and RFP evaluations
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional Logistics (P. Log), PMP, or CITT certification is considered an asset
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation operations or logistics
- Experience in the alcohol distribution industry or a related sector
- Familiarity with SAP, routing systems, and transportation management software
