As aQA Analyst I, you will ensure our agile teams are producing high quality deliverables, day in and day out. You will collaborate closely with a community of passionate and talented developers, designers, and product owners, and work with a variety of cross-functional teams to continually advocate for the integrity of our QA process. You’ll also be designing and documenting test scenarios, identifying target test items, scripting automated tests, and testing new features from the design stage all the way through to deployment.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the Greater Toronto area, within a reasonable commuting distance of the Brampton distribution center. We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do as a QA Analyst I:
- Supporting the full software quality assurance lifecycle with a focus on logistics systems including the Warehouse Management System and AutoStore robotic software.
- Documenting, triaging, investigating, and re-testing bugs and failures.
- Participating in scrum ceremonies and actively engaging with the team while advocating for the end-user.
- Providing status updates, reporting test results, and keeping stakeholders up to date.
- Documenting processes and new features for testing reference.
- Participating in testing on projects that span multiple teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in test planning, designing, developing, and testing software, with a solid understanding of QA methodologies.
- QA experience in retail, focused on supply chain management, including warehouse management, inventory management, store management, order fulfillment, and eCommerce.
- Experience with manual and automation testing using tools like Java and Selenium and API testing using Postman.
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Annualized Compensation Range
$59,000.00 - $62,000.00
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
