Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Evaluation Criteria: Agile Project Management Experience – 50% 10+ years demonstrated hands-on Project Management experience managing large complex application development projects 7+ years demonstrated experience managing agile/iterative/scrum projects 7+ years facilitating and leading ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and customer journey/story mapping Demonstrated experience using issue management tools such as Jira to manage backlogs and sprints Experience creating and managing project schedules, project plans, issue/risk logs, status reports and other project management artefacts Experience managing project resources by aligning skills/experience to project tasks 3+ years experience multiple complex Siebel Public Sector project concurrently Experience planning and managing OPS project gating, architecture and governance checkpoints/requirements Leadership, Facilitation and Communication Skills – 30%

• Demonstrated experience leading project teams, facilitating interactions with clients and among the project team, especially in complex multi-stakeholder environments
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within extremely tight and/or aggressive project timelines
• Strong communication skills to present complex or technical details to business clients
• Strong negotiation, consensus building and ability to manage/facilitate difficult conversations with team members, clients and/or executives

Technical Skills – 20%

• 5+ years demonstrated experience managing technical resources and tasks involving solution development (design, coding, configuration), data migration, testing, platform upgrades/patching, maintenance/support, integration
• Understanding of key phases and tasks of a Siebel based project
• Understanding of Oracle products/services, with an emphasis on Siebel Public Sector Advanced Microsoft Project, Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Visio

Must Haves

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager directly responsible for leading all aspects of large, complex Application Development initiatives
• Demonstrated hands on experience leading and managing agile projects, preferably following Scrum methodology Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing OPS governance Cluster and Corporate governance approval processes such as project gating, architecture governance points, digital first assessment
• Experience managing privacy and security deliverables
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Agile development concepts and methodologies
• Experience leading technical teams
• Experience running scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives
• Demonstrated experience managing external and internal stakeholders and project interdependencies
• Strong technical and business aptitude
• Persistent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear & concise)
• Self-motivated leader with strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Visio, and Planview
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within extremely tight deadlines
• Project rescue/project triage experience is an asset Previous government experience is an asset
