About the role
- Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring modular, extensible, and maintainable architecture
- Modernize and refactor existing application features to enhance performance, scalability, and future-proofing by leveraging performance metrics and error monitoring platforms
- Partner closely with product and design stakeholders to create high-performance, user-friendly features with strong visual appeal
- Establish and maintain robust testing frameworks, reliability standards, and streamlined release processes as well as collaborate with QA to ensure testing coverage
- Guide and develop fellow engineers while fostering an environment focused on high-quality code, creative solutions, and ongoing skill development
- Create and maintain clear process documentation as well as contribute to development and design guidelines
- Research emerging technologies and best practices within the React Native ecosystem; present findings to the team and influence design and technical decisions
- Champion user experience across the product lifecycle, ensuring designs translate seamlessly into practical, engaging solutions
