As a Branch Operations & Project Manager, you will oversee all non-sales operations within our large branch environment, including facilities, administration, and inventory, as well as equipment projects and installation teams. You will be the key link between branch operations, service, sales, and head office, ensuring smooth daily operations and the successful execution of equipment installations for dental clients.
Your Impact
- Lead branch operations staff and oversee daily administrative, logistics, and facility functions
- Plan and manage dental equipment projects from site visits through post-installation follow-ups
- Support, mentor, and schedule installation technicians to ensure quality and timely execution
- Manage local inventory control, equipment receiving and returns, and vendor relationships
- Drive operational efficiency, reporting, and budget alignment while ensuring compliance with company standards
Your Story
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 5+ years of operations, project, or facility management experience, including 2+ in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational or CRM systems
- A degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA an asset)
