In the role of Intermediate Civil Engineer, you will be:

Assist our Senior/Intermediate Engineers preparing infrastructure projects, site studies and design, contract documentation and graphic presentations

Provide project engineering and task management
-
Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage

Conduct complex hydraulic and hydrologic modeling

Collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums
-
Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures

Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects
-
Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects
-
Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
-
5+ years of related experience in civil or environmental projects
-
Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software will be an asset
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, AutoCAD, GIS, MicroStation a plus
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- P Eng with APEGA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
The compensation for this role is an hourly rate, Independent Contractor or Employee, $40-70/hour DOE.
