Purpose of the role

The incumbent will support the International department by producing marketing material variations and other projects for our international markets, ensuring effective communication and maximizing sales while maintaining brand image, visual standards, and established strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and update visuals for web rotations (homepage, landing pages, banners, etc.) across our different websites and marketplaces, ensuring alignment with brand image and each campaign’s visual direction.
  • Design impactful newsletters tailored to different markets.
  • Adapt visuals for various digital formats (desktop, mobile, social media, acquisition, etc.).
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce creative material for seasonal online advertising campaigns.
  • Participate in the creation of corporate presentations (internal and external).
  • Contribute to occasional print projects (signage, invitations, advertisements, etc.).
  • Adapt and produce corporate and marketing materials for international markets.
  • Prepare files for prepress and/or various media.
  • Organize photo folders for public relations and e-commerce.
  • Create mock-ups and execute all planned graphic elements for each season.
  • Help set up and maintain the electronic file management system.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative concepts.
  • Perform other related tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a digital focus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design constraints
  • Knowledge of Figma (an asset)
  • Knowledge of After Effects (an asset)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Shopify (an asset)
  • Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written (the person will be responsible for creating advertising campaigns for the Canadian market)
