Accounts Payable Administrator
Level: Mid/Senior Consultant Start Date: July 20,2026 Duration: Dec.31,2026 Hours: Full-time 40/hrs /week Location: Remote - Toronto/GTA Travel - N/A Languages: English Rate: $50-90/hr
Responsibilities
- Perform coding and recording of invoices (PO and Non PO) in various currencies within the accounting systems.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to supplier invoices.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Respond to inquiries from suppliers and internal customers.
- Collaborate with various departments across the organization.
- Review reports to ensure timely and accurate follow-ups on invoices.
Requirements
- Professional studies diploma in accounting with relevant experience, or a college diploma (DEC) in a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable.
- Experience in a Shared Services environment is an asset.
- Knowledge of Ariba and Oracle systems (11i, R12, Cloud)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is preferred .
- Strong team spirit.
