Location: Richmond, British Columbia, Canada
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
Type: Full-time
About The Role We are seeking an experienced Architectural Millwork Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end custom millwork projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge of millwork manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from award through installation and close-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple architectural millwork projects from contract award to completion
- Review architectural and shop drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Coordinate shop drawings, material approvals, and client sign-offs
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Liaise with architects, designers, general contractors, and consultants
- Coordinate production, procurement, finishing, and installation activities
- Monitor budgets, change orders, and progress billings
- Conduct site meetings and oversee field coordination
- Prepare close-out documentation and deficiency management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in architectural millwork project management
- Strong understanding of custom millwork fabrication, materials, and finishes
- Ability to read architectural and shop drawings
- Experience with commercial, retail, or luxury residential projects
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Trade background in cabinetmaking or joinery
- Experience with high-end retail or luxury interiors
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools
